Delivery Policy

Prices do not include delivery. For hand delivery or offers including free delivery, please phone us on 0845 643 0124.

For delivery outside of the UK mainland, please phone us on 0845 643 0124, or email info@soundboarduk.com..

We aim to deliver within 3 working days of acceptance of your order and in periods of high demand within 5 working days, subject to availability.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund

Delivery is carried out by the Royal Mail or Parcel Force between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday. We are unable to confirm exact dates and times for delivery.

If no-one is available to accept a delivery, the delivery company will leave a card saying that they have tried to deliver your purchase. You must then follow the instructions on the card. Harmonix Systems Ltd will not pay the cost of a redelivery.

Delivery of accessories or spares

All accessories ordered at the time of purchasing your Soundboard will be included with your chosen delivery option.

Otherwise orders will be delivered by post and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within 7 days of the acceptance of your order, subject to availability of stock.
